Refund Policy – Darche.shop

1. Returns


Returns accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Darche.shop is a European webshop. All returns must be sent back at the customer’s own expense unless the product is proven faulty or incorrectly delivered.

You may return a product if one of the following applies:

  • The product is faulty or defective.
  • The product does not function as intended.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • You change your mind within 30 days of receipt (unused and in original packaging).

If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@darche.shop with your order number, details of the issue, and proof of purchase.

If a return is approved, Darche.shop will issue a Return Authorisation Number along with return instructions.

To help us process your return efficiently, please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.

Darche.shop is not responsible for lost or unauthorised returns.

Products must be returned unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging unless the product is faulty.

Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly delivered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in The Netherlands as indicated in the return instructions.

Once we have inspected and confirmed that your product is faulty or that an error was made by us, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

Please make sure to follow our return instructions. You remain responsible for the product until we receive it. We do not accept liability for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection and returned to the original payment method.

1.1 Legal Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you may have statutory rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract.

1.2 Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some Darche products include a Manufacturer’s Warranty in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Please refer to the warranty information provided for each specific product.

  • The Manufacturer’s Warranty period begins on the date of purchase stated on your invoice.
  • Spare parts do not include a Manufacturer’s Warranty unless specifically stated.
  • In some cases, customers may initially be asked to cover shipping costs for warranty assessment. If the product is confirmed to be covered under warranty, these costs will be reimbursed.
