Darche.shop is operated by DachzeltMeister, the official European distributor of Darche products in many countries across Europe.

We aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information for all customers across Europe.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

After your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your shipment as quickly as possible.

Shipping times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Destination country
- Carrier capacity
- Seasonal demand periods

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Europe are generally:

- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Germany & Belgium: 2-5 business days
- Other European countries: 3-10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to external circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Large and Oversized Products

Some Darche products, including rooftop tents, awnings, and large camping equipment, require special transport handling due to their size and weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available.

Delivery Responsibility

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included where required.

For shipments outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
