De garantie van Darche is uitsluitend geldig voor de oorspronkelijke koper en is niet van toepassing op tweedehands eigendom of producten die worden gebruikt voor verhuur of commerciële doeleinden.

Deze garantie is uitsluitend van toepassing op fabricage- en materiaalfouten. Schade als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik, misbruik, normale slijtage, condensvorming, extreme weersomstandigheden, ongevallen, onjuiste opbouw of schade veroorzaakt door schimmel, insecten, dieren of kinderen valt niet onder de garantie. Evenmin gedekt zijn beschadigingen door vastgelopen of klemgeraakte ritsen, of defecten veroorzaakt door overmatige kracht op ritsen. Voor Air-Volution swags en tenten zijn ook accidentele perforaties of beschadigingen van de luchtslangen uitgesloten van garantie
